A ballad about the construction of a new mill stream to replace the long-gone leat and the laying to rest of a ghost in the garden, illustrated by line-drawings by the author (who, incidentally, was the founder of the Arvon Foundation).

Limited edition of 650 copies of which 25 are signed and numbered by the author. Published by Arc Publications, Todmorden. Cream coloured paper cover with printing and cover illustration by John Moat. Perfect bound. 20.5 x 14.3 cms.
