David Constantine UK

David Constantine has published half a dozen volumes of poetry, the most recent being Something for the Ghosts, all with Bloodaxe Books. He is a translator of Hölderlin, Goethe, Kleist and Brecht, and his translation of Hans Magnus Enzensberger's Lighter than Air (Bloodaxe) won the 2003 Corneliu M Popescu Prize for European Poetry Translation. He and his wife are editors of Modern Poetry in Translation.
