Chinook Clarinet Quartet is one of the leading young chamber music groups in Britain. Their dynamic and innovative performances have delighted audiences by offering some of the most varied and flexible programmes on the concert circuit today Their vast repertoire extends from arrangements of famous classical works to varied jazz styles and contemporary music consisting of many of their own commissions. They have performed at major venues throughout the UK, and in Hungary, Poland, New York and Germany and, as part of the late Yehudi Menuhin's 'Live Music Now!' scheme, they also perform in communities that otherwise may not come into contact with live music. Chinook have a strong commitment to education projects, bringing an enthusiastic approach to workshops, and encouraging their audiences — whatever their ages or levels of ability — to participate and above all, have fun.
