Can I pay in a different currency?

When paying by credit/debit card, the amount you pay will be converted into your local currency by your card provider at the current exchange rates.
Please note: For non-electronic payments, we only accept cheques or international postal orders in sterling / GBP - please do not send payments in any other currency.

How much do you charge for packing and postage?

All orders to UK addresses are free. For overseas orders, our charges are based on the actual costs to us for sending the books out• - we do not make a profit from packing and postage.

How long will it take my books to arrive?

Orders received between Monday and Saturday are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Overseas orders are sent by International Airmail( Printed Paper rate) and may take 7 working days to arrive.

How can I pay for my books?

For electronic payments we accept most major credit and debit cards.

Paying by credit or debit card... Is it safe?

Yes it is. All orders through our website are securely dealt with by WorldPay, one of the world's largest banks, and no payment details are seen by us or anyone else.

Can I get a refund?

If you are an individual (rather than a business user), you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase from us, or seven days from receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you choose to cancel your order, you must return any books to us in saleable condition and we will refund your payment in full. See our refunds page for more details.

Damaged goods - Guarantee

If your goods do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please e-mail us at salesarcpublications.co.uk with full details, and we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please note that Arc Publications retains the right to change prices at any point in time.
