  • Archipelago Books - Very interesting list. Most books in translation.
  • Bloodaxe Books - Top of the range, Consistently catholic and innovatory. Been going now as long as Arc!
  • Carcanet - Largest of the independent presses in the U.K. Poets from a very broad spectrum, consistently high quality.
  • Enitharmon - Very well established independent publisher. very good poetry list alongside specialist limited edition art books.
  • Poetry Wales - Founded in 1965, Poetry Wales is a quarterly magazine with an international reputation for excellent poems, features and reviews from Wales and beyond. Edited by Zoe Skoulding.
  • Salt Publishing - Only ten years old, so still considered the new kid on the block. Huge list. Has given first timers a real crack of the whip.
